I have no complaints. My supplies always arrive in 7 days or less. My stoma nurse has recommended the extra items I need and she sends the details to my GP. On occasion one of my products becomes unavailable and I have to speak to my stoma nurse to request an alternative. It takes a week or so to get my prescription request to Fittleworth. On the whole though I am pleased with Fittleworth.
