I really struggle with Fittleworth, despite having to trust them to deliver products which I cannot live a healthy life without. They often mess up the orders which the GP sends to them, leading to them sending a) not enough products b) the wrong product or c) the right product very slowly. They say to email them but it can take up to a week to get a response. I once called them instead and got a condescending and rude customer service agent who made me feel like it was my fault they messed up. It was later resolved, by email (not my fault at all!). The agent via email was much more friendly and helpful, so I think it's hit or miss. I have expressed my disappointment and asked how I can make it easier to give me the right service. Should I call or email? Should I send the prescription barcodes directly to them? No response. Delivery takes up to 2 weeks, which means I'm getting products and then immediately having to order again which my GP surgery doesn't like. The website for online ordering is also very glitchy and requires you to refresh 3 times before it'll show you your orders, if it lets you log in at all. Sigh. Pharmacy2u will deliver some products if you give them time to order in from the manufacturer, otherwise if your medical products are stocked, it may be worth trying your brick and mortar pharmacy!
