Now we have the new ordering 'Hub' which it would appear to have been designed and developed to the same non-customer friendly standard! Nothing flows, nothing is intuitive, the search doesn't work for some items (complimentary items can't be found), I tried to order stoma bags and ask for them to be cut to an on-file template (which was in my personal details) - they arrived uncut! I've been forced to go back to phone ordering to get some security of delivery. I know I'm not the only one driven mad by FittleHub - my phone conversations with sales staff have included this feedback and they are clearly fed up of the problems being reported and have confirmed "you are not the only one". Not their fault and we have laughed together about it. Your online ordering system has been sub-standard for years - can I suggest you sort it or buy one off the shelf - it would be easier!
