I've been with Fittleworth for over 2 yrs and it was a great service ,something has changed it took over 38 mins to get through to speak to someone, it was only when I hit to number 7 in the queue that I knew where I was in that queue. It might help if you could reserve yr place for a call back. Deliveries were always reliable but now had problems with items being sent

It might help if you could reserve yr place for a call back. Deliveries were always reliable but now had problems with items being sent out separately. I hope they I crease the number of call handlers as 38 mins is really unacceptable.
