As I needed catheters to arrive a bit faster, I ordering as a changed from ordering on-line to ordering via my GP as a repeat prescription. When the change did not seem to have been activated , I spoke to a very helpful lady in Customer Services who expedited the order and ,as promised, I received it within a few days.
