Sadly a batch of Stoma pouches were faulty. However, I was able to get an emergency order, but this got held up with the GP and got confused their end with my lymphedema prescription. A call to Fittleworth - Ricky, who liaised with all parties and as a result secured same day delivery. So, a huge vote of thanks to all involved, especially to Ricky who went over and above to reach an amicable solution.
