I can see why you are installing a new system soon. Your emails are verging on the ridiculous. “ This is a courtesy email to advise that we have received your prescription but unfortunately it was missing We are only able to supply what has been issued on the prescription, therefore are unable to supply these products on this occasion. ” Make of that what you will.
