Diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer in February 23 resulting in needing a stoma. The experience of ordering supplies via Fittleworth can only be described as HATEFUL. The website has the look and feel of something designed in the late nineties. They recently moved to a new site, Fittlehub, that is somehow worse than the old site. Ordering an item using supplied product codes results in no items being found. You can re-order the same item
You can re-order the same item from previous orders (if you can find the option) but doing so drops other items form your previous ordered items for no apparent reason. You cant view your prescription items, everything uses codes rather than visual pictures, The DHL tracking isn't integrated into the site (Website designer clearly never heard of API's), somehow in 2025 there is no app, order too much of an item and it will be magically reduced and the entire ordering process takes around 17 days from order to delivery… Imagine having 32 rounds of chemo and having to manage your supplies with that length of delay. If the CEO is reading this… PLEASE GET IN TOUCH on my mobile which is [REDACTED]… Ive got a lot of feedback I would like to give you personally!
