Ordered products on 11.2. 25. Prescription sent 17.2.25 plus extra 20.2.25. Promised products on 26.th for delivery 28.2.25. Email 26.2. 25. You can't deliver as no Prescription. Funny that. I had the prescription read out to me earlier that day. You do have it. 27.2.25. Spoke to James. Was "guaranteed" delivery on 28.2.25. Nothing arrives. No e mail from DPD. Rang yet again abd spoke to Jay who "promised" me I would recieve my order

Requested to make a formal complaint. Was later e mailed to say it was due to low stock. I don't believe this as you've had since 11.2.25 to get things in stock or inform me there was a problem.
