Abysmal service, it takes ages to get to talk to someone, I waited up to 35 minutes and then promptly got cut off, with no subsequent callback. I have been waiting for the delivery of supplies for approximately four weeks with no delivery information being supplied or even if I will be supplied. Good products but terrible customer service.
