Every time I speak to the staff at Fittlworth, they are very friendly and very professional. The only little snag I have had with Fittlworth is I asked to change my stoma bag. I have asked several times and they keep telling me they have emailed my surgery and are waiting a response from the surgery. I also have asked my surgery so I will keep waiting….. fittlworth you still get a big …..***** stars
