The Fittleworth staff are well trained and always very friendly and efficient. They always give their names, backing their commitment to traceability and keeping clients informed. Phones are answered quickly and their phone menu system is always kept short so we're not waiting through dozens of options. Three options is the longest I've experienced and option 3 is "Talk to a person for anything else". Most recently I spoke to Tiffany who was friendly and
