If I had choice I would never use them. They take you for a ride as being a NHS patient we cannot do much what ever we say they have their body's in the government to give them contract. The either don't reply to your email or it take so long to receive response that you are better off with postal service. They are rude. Despite GP signing the priscription still they do not deliver

If I had choice I would never use them. They take you for a ride as being a NHS patient we cannot do much what ever we say they have their body's in the government to give them contract. The either don't reply to your email or it take so long to receive response that you are better off with postal service. They are rude. Despite GP signing the priscription still they do not deliver part of items. Request for bags to be cut to size goes unheeded. When trying to contact on the phone they recomend to use email and trying to use email they recomend calling. Always they have high volume of calls no wonder with the service they provide a lot of people try to see what is happening with their items.
