Review for Fittleworth by Iain

Ordered my stomach bags on/around 15th April with spray and wipes. Del within 2 weeks , however they rang on Friday 19th asking me to sort out prescription from doctors which I did. They sent the spray and wipes but no bags. week of 24/25 april they go on shutdown for training purposes with absolutely no access to any customer service whatsoever having not sent my stoma bags. Today 8th may still no bags so I rang fittleworth and after a 40mins being on hold then a further 10 mins was told my order would be 14th, just about a whole month. After stating I'm down to last 3 bags they can get them out to me for Friday. Fingers crossed (best option) I can make 3 bags last or else I'll be holding toilet paper over my stomach.
