Recent changes are a pain and a disaster. Why was this change made, I wonder ? It has made everything more difficult from start to finish. Ordering is a nightmare, there is no eMail message to confirm the order, which was as useful and helpful item. The latest delivery is not cut to size. Why has this information been lost. I can cut the stoma bags myself , but it is a slow and laborious

Recent changes are a pain and a disaster. Why was this change made, I wonder ? It has made everything more difficult from start to finish. Ordering is a nightmare, there is no eMail message to confirm the order, which was as useful and helpful item. The latest delivery is not cut to size. Why has this information been lost. I can cut the stoma bags myself , but it is a slow and laborious process. Why could this information not be transferred from the "old " site ? Overall its more stress less help and an inferior service leading to and inferior product delivered.

Regarding cutting instruction, all the information should be exactly the same as long as they've been added to your Fittleworth account.
