Normally 100% satisfied with product, delivery, ordering and reliability. Couple of small issues or would have been perfect 5. It is difficult to determine fault with one issue between our surgery and Fittleworth. Generally I find staff polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and they have stepped in to provide emergency supplies when mistakes made elsewhere. Would definitely recommend their service
