The product literally for me with the catheters are a life saver When i speak to a member of staff they are always cheerful and happy Their ordering and delivery system is pathetic, every month after my doctor has sent the prescription to them - i have to phone up and chase them - after some time the operative "finds" my doctors order and i get them a week latter Must be the most rubbishy
