I found the team at Fittleworth very reliable and professional . Acknowledgments of requests are immediate and notifications of delivery are also appreciated. My only criticism is that DPD only contact me around 30 minutes before a delivery. They don’t even notify which day that the delivery will be made. Despite being at home they don’t ring the door bell and just leave the package by the door.
