The reliability of my order is rubbish i left one star because there isnt a zero star. U didnt receive my order on the first due date which was 19/05/25 so called the helpline to let them know on 22/05/25 and told them I was nearly run out of my catheter bags . I was told by the receptionist that they would send me one out on Friday 23/05/25. It didnt arrive so I still

I would be better getting it sent to my local chemist. I was assured this was a better service. Its awful
