Easy ordering by phone or on line. Friendly and helpful assistants on line. The new supplier: DHL did not contact me to say that they had the order and give a delivery time slot until after I had phoned Fittelworthe to find out what was happening. Then it was half an hour from getting a time slot to the product arriving.. A little more notice and information on the timing of delivery would have been
