Generally a good service which is responsive to my needs. Unfortunately this is let down badly by DPD the delivery service which is capricious in terms of delivery date and time and delivers to the wrong place. I find it very embarrising to have catheters delivered to my neighbour.

You may find it helpful to use the DPD app to add delivery instructions for the driver. Your comments will be shared to help improve this going forward.
