I have been a Fittleworth customer for some time, previously ordering direct, Fittleworth then had to contact my Surgery to get the Prescription, this caused a delay on the order being delivered. But now in Southampton we have a new Nurse driven telephone system that bypasses my Surgery as they can send the prescription direct. This is now so speedy, that my parcel was delivered the next day!
