Have used for four years plus as supplier for my Stoma Products. Have to order through prescription service so connot use the app to track my order through. The delivery was good under DPD as could use the app to track or have parcel redirected. For last 3 deliveries have changed to DHL and only notice you get is SMS message on day of delivery. The delivery was good under DPD as could use the app to track or have parcel redirected. For last 3 deliveries have changed to DHL and only notice you get is SMS message on day of delivery. Have tried to have one redirected but have had no confirmation if this has been done or not.
