I have been ordering simply by requesting a repeat prescription from my surgery. They have informed me that I can no longer order this way and am not as confident that ordering from Fittleworth direct will work as they need a prescription before release of catheters but I am assured that Fittleworth will request my surgery to send a prescription electronically. I hope it works. Last person I spoke with at Fittleworth (G) was great.
