Yet again, I have missing items on an order, with no explanation why. For over 10 years I have been provided with catheters, disposal bags, wet wipes and dry wipes every 4 weeks or so. The latest delivery omits wet wipes and doubles up on dry wipes. I appreciate that the wipes are provided free of charge, but it is very difficult to use dry wipes to clean oneself before using the catheters. Once again
