I was notified that the prescription requested from my GP. Had Pouches and elastic tapes missing. Prescription for these items reissued with no pouches. Taiya at fittleworth was so helpful in assisting me in getting this order corrected. It transpires that the problem was a technical fault from the surgery to fittleworth.
