If I had a business I'd be trying to get someone like her as the standard. Never had a bad experience on the phone but she will stay with me for a while. She listened made me feel more confident talking and sharing my issue and she made me feel more then welcome. Best customer service I've experienced it's up there and I wish her all the best as a human being left that call with a smile and feeling better after having some leaks and not feeling well either.
