I’ve had my stoma for 4 months and can honestly say I dread placing an order with Fittleworth for my next set of supplies as there has been an issue with every single order so far. Missing prescriptions, orders being broken out from one to several orders making it hard for staff to confirm what items I have and have not received, emails being blanked, Fittleworth chasing my former GP for prescriptions (hardly a surprise
I’ve had my stoma for 4 months and can honestly say I dread placing an order with Fittleworth for my next set of supplies as there has been an issue with every single order so far. Missing prescriptions, orders being broken out from one to several orders making it hard for staff to confirm what items I have and have not received, emails being blanked, Fittleworth chasing my former GP for prescriptions (hardly a surprise they didn’t respond given I was no longer a patient…) and the latest issue is being told I’ve been sent the prescription request for my order to send to my GP…not only have I not received a prescription request but I’ve never been asked to do this before so I can only assume it’s either an error, or the process has changed and no one’s told me…Every time I place an order I then spend the next few days on the phone to both Fittleworth and my GP to try and project manage the latest issue. Absolutely shocking that the patient has to chase up orders and fix errors, all while managing the stress of not being able to access their supplies quickly enough. When you eventually get through to customer services (by phone as they don’t seem to respond to emails) the staff are all incredibly lovely and helpful, they’ve also been brilliant at sending out emergency supplies after the latest order has gone awry with issues, just a shame this seems to be the means by which you can actually get hold of your products…
