You ask to speak to a manager (RARELY) does happen. You ask them not to send you items with DPD, What they do is send them via DPD., who throw, drop from a height and kick my parcels at my open outwards door (Which it does state CLEARLY) on the door and never even notify me that the parcels are even there, no ring of the doorbell or knock on the door. I do not go out every day; Parcels can sit for days without my knowledge and get stolen from my ramp because I have an open drive. The ramp is very close to the road, It is easy to access, and any parcels left outside my front door are clearly visible.
