My experience with the company has started from the hospital stoma staff signing me up with out knowing the process, only recently having the operation, so i have not had any full contact with other companies, only Fittleworth, however i have had some contact with some other suppliers who have sister companies with Healthcare delivery services and they seem have a better answer service, whenever i phone Fittleworth I am on hold for sum time,

My experience with the company has started from the hospital stoma staff signing me up with out knowing the process, only recently having the operation, so i have not had any full contact with other companies, only Fittleworth, however i have had some contact with some other suppliers who have sister companies with Healthcare delivery services and they seem have a better answer service, whenever i phone Fittleworth I am on hold for sum time, and recently they have sent out the wrong items for an emergency delivery, so lucky i have some items to keep me going. so my experience so far has not been great but this has been because of some outside influences. Hopefully in the near future the small problems i have had should have been resolved and deliveries and stock issues should be back to normal, if not I will be looking for a new supplier.
