It’s Christmas Day and I find myself worrying that I will run out of bags again. This is because once again my delivery will be delayed. I am now told I won’t get a delivery until a January the 2nd ! Date has been changed twice was due to receive bags they said on December 24th. Had a phone call and e mail on the 23rd to say they would not be coming as the doctors surgery once again had not sent my prescription. I don’t know whose fault it is and I don’t care. I will now have to get someone to drive me the 13 miles to the hospital in the hope that they will give me some to tide me over. My October order was delayed for apparently the same reason, when I phoned after a long wait they said had no record of the order, then when it was finally sent in November it was a box short. More e mails needed. Got the missing box and now I have no December order !
