Since the IT update the communication part of fittleworth has deteriorated markedly When I try and phone I’m often waiting up to 20 minutes to get through prior to the update I used to get through within a minute or so I emailed Fittleworth on the 11th of June concerning an order and chased it on the 14th I am still awaiting a reply When I got through Fittleworth advised that my order will be

Since the IT update the communication part of fittleworth has deteriorated markedly When I try and phone I’m often waiting up to 20 minutes to get through prior to the update I used to get through within a minute or so I emailed Fittleworth on the 11th of June concerning an order and chased it on the 14th I am still awaiting a reply When I got through Fittleworth advised that my order will be sent on the 20th of June I usually arrange for a safe place for my package to be delivered to And I received a text from the courier DPD on the day saying approximately what time the package will be delivered it is a very useful service Today when I got home I found the package outside my door a day before Fittleworth told me it will be delivered fortunately it was there okay I take no pleasure in In submitting a review such as this and whenever I speak to Fittleworth staff they are always very helpful and friendly I just wish the communications issue could return to what it was before the IT upgrade

Hi Paul, I am so sorry that we have longer wait times than we previously did - we are working hard to reduce these and I can only apologise it is taking longer than we would like!
