What a complete joke of a company. You can never get through to them on the phone, so they recommend that you order stuff via their website. Once you’ve ordered items from the website it doesn’t let you know when said items will be dispatched until a couple of days later. I was sent home from hospital and was given just over a weeks worth of items that was sent from Fittleworth. I needed 4
What a complete joke of a company. You can never get through to them on the phone, so they recommend that you order stuff via their website. Once you’ve ordered items from the website it doesn’t let you know when said items will be dispatched until a couple of days later. I was sent home from hospital and was given just over a weeks worth of items that was sent from Fittleworth. I needed 4 weeks of supplies. Fittleworth can’t send me anything until January 6th, useless. My GP can’t do anything because they are relying on Fittleworth to provide me with the items. I have found this company to be a complete shambles, I’ve been sent home from hospital and I’ve had little or no support, I am constantly fighting to get items from the hospital urology department or from district nurses to tide me over. To say I’m angry is an understatement.
