Great people to deal in all aspects generally but of late their delivery company DPD appear not understand the nature of the products that they are delivering which in my case are catheters,on occasion they have arrived in damaged cartons with products and sensitive paperwork exposed . Not what you need in this situation .

Hi Paul, Thank you for leaving us this feedback, it's really appreciated. This is not an acceptable way for the parcels to be left for you, I am sorry to see that this has happened. Can you please email caring@fittleworth.com FAO Laura with your full name and DOB and I will take a look into this for you. Please also let me know if you need the catheters replacing if they were damaged and I will get this sorted for you. Thanks for letting me look into this for you.
