I have placed an order for product supplied before and it was just dropped off the order. I had to chase to find out. Only to be told the prescription was wrong from Doctor. You then agreed to sort it out but as yet have not even told my GP. Communication is a nightmare with your company and product quality has distinctly reduced in the last year. Frankly I am fed up with your service

You then agreed to sort it out but as yet have not even told my GP. Communication is a nightmare with your company and product quality has distinctly reduced in the last year. Frankly I am fed up with your service which I find pretty poor and uncaring.
