The last two orders have been a disaster,(1) when i did not receive my order I rang, spoke to a young lady who informed me my GP had not sent the prescription back, on checking with the surgery I was shown the email sent on the day it was received and still had to wait a number of days for the delivery (2) I am currently waiting today after over 2 weeks for my order
The last two orders have been a disaster,(1) when i did not receive my order I rang, spoke to a young lady who informed me my GP had not sent the prescription back, on checking with the surgery I was shown the email sent on the day it was received and still had to wait a number of days for the delivery (2) I am currently waiting today after over 2 weeks for my order to be delivered, I have spoken to a young man who tells me that DPD will deliver today but I have had no notification from them that this is happening. I have asked for a complaint to be logged. Apparently the team are working on a new system, hopefully it will right itself soon. It would be prudent to notify.clients of issues rather than wait for them to be in a position of running out of equipment before it is addressed
