Always friendly and helpful on phone calls. Don’t always receive the products I have ordered but this is probably due to the fact that I have to order my prescription via my GP surgery and they sometimes do not submit the request accurately to Fittleworth..

As prescriptions are sent to us by GP surgeries, occasional discrepancies can occur, but we always do our best to supply the items prescribed.
