Ordering on line is easy although I do have to ring if I want to add or cancel complimentary items. Always friendly when I ring and the pruducts excellent. This is not a complaint, but telephone calls to me informing of delivery dates are hard to understand especially with the caller having a quite thick accent. Would be preferable to receive a text or email.
