In four years my monthly order has been correct and on time every month. They have instructions where to leave if I’m at work and it’s always been left there.
I get a reminder text every month and ring up. Never been on hold longer than two mins and that’s not often.
Can’t fault the friendliness of call takers one bit either.
I certainly won’t be changing suppliers for pouches and bags. Top marks.
