Very slow at getting orders completed, requiring customer to request part order sent out urgently, they then think that the order is complete and the remainder of the order is not sent. Constantly having to call them to check on progress of orders and telling the call assistant how to do their jobs. DPD delivery service too lazy to walk up a flight of stairs to deliver the supplies and leaving parcels either outside for anyone to take, or leaving in foyer so that customer has to go down stairs and outside to access delivery. DPD delivery drivers should be told that all Fittleworth parcels are medical supplies and as such should be delivered directly to the customer/patient as many customer/patients have mobility issues and cannot go downstairs to complete their delivery.
