Used to order by phone and all seemed very efficient but afraid to say since the introduction of On-line ordering things have taken a turn for the worse. Products are still good, that's if you actually receive all that you ordered. Although Fittleworth promote their online ordering, that personal connection is lost. Since using online ordering, items have been missing and orders split into 2 deliveries. Confirmation of orders have also stopped. You just have

Products are still good, that's if you actually receive all that you ordered. Although Fittleworth promote their online ordering, that personal connection is lost. Since using online ordering, items have been missing and orders split into 2 deliveries. Confirmation of orders have also stopped. You just have to keep your fingers crossed. Even when I've spoken to an agent, there's been a warming that online ordering is not as reliable as it should be.
