From my initial contact to the present day, the order process, through to delivery has always been efficient and simple to use. On the very rare occasions that I have found myself in ‘crisis’ (which was invariably due to my inaction or circumstance, such as the recent incident where I was detained in Glasgow longer than anticipated, due to a medical emergency), the support was exceptional. I cannot fault the support provided. The only observation I could make is maybe product support. I appreciate this is not directly attributable to Fittleworth, but a facility within the service that could help us to connect directly with our product manufacturer would be helpful. I have always used the same Supplier and products and, over recent years, it’s been obvious that the quality of the products has declined a little, resulting in several instances were my product has failed me. I believe access to a direct link to the manufacturer would be very useful in allowing both parties to monitor and improve quality control.
