I have used Fittleworth since I had my ileostomy and have never had a problem
I only use the phone ordering service. Whenever I’ve called to order supplies, the staff have been friendly and helpful. They always give me a date for delivery and on a couple of occasions have called if there has been a problem.

Delivery is by Royal Mail. Due to where I live, other delivery companies have issues locating my delivery address as it’s out in the sticks.
