It is not the best news when you find you have to self-perform a procedure, possibly for the rest of your life, involving a catheter. Fittleworth have been excellent in my dealings with them, helping me to acclimatise to the new routine. Their staff are polite, approachable and friendly, whilst the products have always been delivered exactly as promised. My experience so far (9 months) has been exceptionally good and I have nothing but praise
