The reliability of Fittleworth has declined considerably since they changed their delivery company from DPD to DHL. Customers only hear of an anticipated delivery a couple of hours beforehand and timeslots given by DHL are often not met. In the last fortnight, I have had four missed deliveries without any communication about the delay from the delivery company. On the positive side, Fittleworth staff are mostly friendly and helpful. The products are also good.
