During my experiences with Fittleworth the communication with them was through my stoma nurse, ordering by the Fittleworth website - on my smartphone, the website appears too small to navigate - ordering by telephone - if particularly busy,, reference is made to the website and sending an order by email direct to the Fittleworth email address. I was unsure of the ordering procedure, and was grateful for Fittleworth in explaining this to me. Fittleworth needs the prescription of the requested items from the GP surgery, and in a recent request for items, there was a delay in sending because of the requested items not being on the prescription list. So the question is: should the requested items go firstly to the GP practice for inclusion on the prescription and then to Fittleworth? When speaking to someone from Fittleworth on the phone, I have came across a friendly and helpful manner.
