The service cannot be improved because it's perfect as it goes. I order my stoma bags and accompany items as I need them and am given a 10 day time schedule; however, the items always arrive well within this limit. I order over the telephone and the member of staff who takes the call is always friendly and helpful; they are also thorough, checking both my address and the address of my GP. I couldn't
