For the past15 months have had very good service from Fittleworth, however for the last 4 months this has dropped to an appallingly poor level. I have always ordered by telephone but recently have had to wait for long periods to be answered. 35 minutes in June, and it does not appear to matter which day or what time of day I think I have tried all. In the past I have rung, been answered

For the past15 months have had very good service from Fittleworth, however for the last 4 months this has dropped to an appallingly poor level. I have always ordered by telephone but recently have had to wait for long periods to be answered. 35 minutes in June, and it does not appear to matter which day or what time of day I think I have tried all. In the past I have rung, been answered promptly and 10 days later received my prescription goods. Now I wait forever on the telephone and once answered pass on my request, but after 10 days or so I have heard and received nothing. After waiting again for an eternity on the telephone I was told that my prescription had not been received from my G/P and that I should contact G/P. This I did only to be told that my prescription had definitely been sent to Fittleworth. Again I endured the long wait to contact Fittleworth to be told that sorry after checking Fittleworth’s records my prescription had actually been received. Nobody from Fittleworth had rang me to say there had been a problem and by now after this period of time I only have 2 days supply left. Fittleworth had to arrange to send a next day courier to get me out of trouble I cannot be without Urostomy pouches. This same scenario happened again on the next months order. What has gone wrong at Fittleworth, it never used to be like this, service was always very good, now it is appalling. Their telephone operatives are friendly but it does not appear there are enough of them and the courier service is good but sadly everything else is poor. I even emailed Fittleworth on their”caring@fittleworth.com to date to discuss the recent problems and have completed 2 x surveys but to date I have not heard had a reply or heard anything from them. I am thinking of asking Stoma nurses at local hospital if I can change my supplier
