Avoid at all costs. I've not had a single order arrive on time or without missing items. I called on Monday 18th to place an order as I would be running out of pouches on Christmas Day. I've had to change pouches a few times due to issues so this was as early as I could order. They promised I'd have them in time but it's Christmas Eve now and nothing has arrived or is

Avoid at all costs. I've not had a single order arrive on time or without missing items. I called on Monday 18th to place an order as I would be running out of pouches on Christmas Day. I've had to change pouches a few times due to issues so this was as early as I could order. They promised I'd have them in time but it's Christmas Eve now and nothing has arrived or is scheduled to arrive, so I'm going to have to go to the hospital and scrounge whatever convex pouches they have lying around. I'm utterly disgusted with Fittleworth and will be changing supplier as soon as my stoma nurses are back to work.
