Fittleworth have been providing my Dansac stoma products for 10 years now. After a shakedown relative to my stoma size/shape during the first year, I have never had a problem with the supply or quality of goods. When I have needed replacement elements [night drainage stand, etc] my telephone contacts have always been polite, friendly and dealt with promptly. Normal ordering for consumables is easily done on line and delivery is prompt. On only two

Normal ordering for consumables is easily done on line and delivery is prompt. On only two occasions when external interference [by my GP] has arisen to leave me short of consumables, Fittleworth have pulled out all the stops to ensure I did not run out.
